1. Service Nature

Visa Commute provides application assistance services. Fees charged are for consultation, review, and submission support.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Fees are non-refundable once:

• Application has been submitted

• Work on the application has begun

• Incorrect information was provided by the user

3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered if:

• Payment was made but no service was delivered

• Duplicate payment was made

• Cancellation requested before processing begins

4. Government Fees

Government charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

5. Processing Time for Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of services and legal action.
